Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time, depending on the schedule. We’ll do our best to provide the full experience, but we cannot guarantee extended time if you arrive late. We ask for 24 hours notice in regard to all cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the service charge. No-call, No-shows will result in forfeiture of your session and deposit. We deeply value your time and ours. Communication is key—if you’re running behind or need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.
